Low confidence.Enactment date 26 March 1997 comes from a search-result summary of the Council of Europe page, which could not be fetched directly. date_in_force is the gazette year only: the gazette day and commencement clause were not found (an unverified 10 April 1997 date seen in a search query was not used). Some provisions remain in force, so the repeal is partial. The 29 August 2019 date follows the existing gr-law-4624-2019 row and the HDPA page. The entry-into-force date could not be confirmed from a source, so date_in_force is left empty (the timeline shows the act as adopted from its adoption year).
