The Slovak office's FAQ says Act 122/2013 'became ineffective on 24/05/2018' and that Act 18/2018 entered into force on 25/05/2018; date_repealed uses the latter date. The history page calls 122/2013 a new law and does not say outright that it repealed Act 428/2002.
